A Game Plan uses the AFGP product strategy framework to define the essential elements of your existing or planned product or service offer. It aligns your business team around the core customer needs your product offer aims to satisfy, and the the customer segments you aim to reach. A product Game Plan will help you to quickly define and communicate the critical factors that make up your offer.

  2. ​A detailed Game Plan: A more thorough assessment of a product offer and the market it is operating in, supplemented with detailed analysis and recommendations from AFGP partners. A detailed gameplan takes requires approximately one week to complete.
