We're a team of former CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CGOs and Strategy Directors of businesses in the technology, media and creative industries. After decades of taking these businesses to success we decided to share what we've learned. We've pulled all of that together into what we call Product Thinking - a philosophy for improving business performance.

Our Team
Andrew Radley
Andrew has worked in product management and business operations for over 30 years. In his early career he worked for Viglen, Cable & Wireless and Colt, before joining Cognifide, a world leader in implementing experience management technology. Following their acquisition by WPP, Andrew becoming Chief Operating Officer for the Wunderman Thompson Technology & Commerce group. In this role he led the merger between the Commerce and Technology units, adapting the operating model that is now being used across all Commerce and Technology units globally.

In his career Andrew has amassed wide ranging experience across telecommunications, marketing technology, consulting, manufacturing, software and charity sectors. His expertise covers process, marketing, sales, strategy, product development and product management.

Kieron McCann
Kieron has over 25 years of experience in strategy, product management and marketing for technology and media companies, Including Spark New Zealand, O2, and Colt. Unusually for a technologist his career started working in sales and marketing for a New Zealand wine company, but soon he was involved in a major IT project and his passion for all things technology was started.

Kieron has worked in tech startups, as well as a range of product management and strategy roles in multinational telecommunications firms where he had personal responsibility for product portfolios generating hundreds of millions of dollars. Kieron branched into experience management technology as Head of Marketing and business strategy at Cognifide, a world leader in implementing experience management technology. In addition these roles, Kieron has advised clients such as Compare the Market, EY, Hargreaves Lansdown, Vodafone, Ford and MGA, helping them to shape their digital transformation and customer experience technology programmes.

Andrew Martin
Andrew has worked in the creative, media and technology space for over thirty years, primarily leading the finance and commercial teams at the best in class agencies. including Saatchi & Saatchi and Wunderman Thompson. He has led media businesses from startup to revenues in excess of a hundred million dollars. As chief commercial officer for Wunderman Thompson Technology he provided commercial control of the client management team, new business team and the product management team as well as leading commercial management for the technology and commerce group.

In addition to shaping the internal operations of these companies, Andrew has a wealth of experience in raising capital, management buy outs. As the CFO of Cognifide Andrew helped take the company from revenues of £2m to over £30m and the completion of their earn-out following their sale to WPP. He has advised VC firms and big four accounting firms on investment due diligence and onboarding leadership teams in businesses they acquired.
