Service Description

A product gameplan is a means of creating a clear definition of essential elements of your product offer. It aligns your business team around the core customer needs your product offer aims to satisfy, and the the customer segments you aim to reach. Our Quick Game Plan is the condensed version of our full Game Plan offering. It's comprised of a one hour call to define the scope of the engagement, followed by a 90 minute online workshop to sketch out the key outline of a single product or service offer. This can be an existing offer, or a new product idea. At the end of the workshop you will receive a full output of the topics covered in the session in a handy one pager format using our Game Plan framework.
