Service Description

A product gameplan is a means of creating a clear definition of essential elements of your product offer. It aligns your business team around the core customer needs your product offer aims to satisfy, and the the customer segments you aim to reach. Our Detailed Game Plan is an in-depth assessment of your product or service offer. We apply our Game Plan framework to your product or service offer, across multiple channels and for multiple customer segments. You will receive a detailed, multi factor assessment of your offer, along with a series of recommendations for how you can adapt your offer to take advantage of a market opportunity, and/or address any issues that you may experience with making your offer a success. A Detailed Game Plan can include up to five business stakeholders. Each stakeholder is required to complete a pre-work questionnaire prior to a half day face-to-face workshop. During the workshop you will work through the AFGP Game Plan framework with two AFGP partners. Following the workshop you will receive a detailed written assessment of your product or service, along with key recommendations, covering topics such as your proposition, target market, source of revenue, pricing and revenue opportunities. We'll also outline any anticipated challenges and actions required to address them.
