Portfolio and Product Management Training
We have decades of experience in product management. We've designed training courses for those new to product management or experienced teams wanting a refresh. We cover the full lifecycle of Product Management from strategy through to product withdrawal. We use our own experience and examples to illustrate and explain how to manage each stage. In advance of the course we discuss your individual circumstances so you can be sure the course is relevant to your specific business
We offer two courses and ongoing coaching :

Introduction to Product Management
This course is a one day intensive mixture of interactive theory & practical work for those starting out in product management. It covers the need for product management, practical and easy to use frameworks and worked examples

Advanced Product Management
Our Advanced Product Management course is an intensive one day course focused on the more complex aspects of Product Management, including portfolio management, solution management, service catalogue management, incentive & adoption plans, go-to-market success and failure examples.
It is intended as a follow on from the Product Management course and extends those initial skills in an efficient and pragmatic manner.

Coaching
Our coaching option is designed to help embed the knowledge you have gained in the training courses. We offer coaching on a scheduled basis to ensure that you have dedicated time for the sessions and we will expect you to demonstrate the implementation of what we have covered in our sessions.
